AffinityLine Voice Response

AffinityLine is our automated voice response system available 24 hours a day. You can use AffinityLine to transfer funds, check cleared drafts, request a check for yourself, plus much more. All you need to provide is your account number and four-digit password. 

To access your accounts via AffinityLine for the first time:

1. Call 1-833-242-3364.
2. Enter your member number, then press #.
3. Enter your temporary PIN (the last four digits of the
primary accountholder’s Social Security number),
then press #.
4. You will be prompted to enter a new PIN, then press #.
5. Confirm your new PIN.
6. Select your desired main menu option.
