Pass It On

Two names is enough. This is the one step that can't slide, because it's how the member who sent someone actually gets thanked.

Three things before you start

You don't need an account number. A name is enough, we'll match it later.

Log it even if you think someone already did. A duplicate costs us nothing. A miss costs a member their thank-you.

Do it the same day. It takes about thirty seconds, and it's much harder to reconstruct next week.

This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.

Thirty seconds. Two names is enough.

If you're not sure whether someone already logged this one, log it anyway. A duplicate costs us nothing. A missed referral costs a member their thank-you.

Their name is enough. We'll match the account later.
First and last name if you have it. "Their sister, Dana" is still worth logging — put what you've got.
Optional. Never hold up logging because you don't have this.
So we know who to ask if there's a question, not to score anyone.
Where(Required)
Where this stands(Required)
Rough is fine. It just tells the person reconciling whether to look for an account yet.
Optional. Useful for the odd ones: wrong branch, can't find the referrer, referrer is a member's spouse, etc.

What happens next

[OWNER NAME] reconciles these weekly against new accounts and makes sure the thank-yous go out. If we can't match the member who referred, we'll come ask you rather than dropping it.

You don't need to follow up or track anything after this.

They want you when you're doing well. We want you when you're not.
