All you need to provide is your account number and four-digit password.
To access your accounts via AffinityLine voice banking for the first time:
- Call 1-833-242-3364
- Enter your member number, then press #
- Enter your temporary PIN (the last four digits of the
primary account holder’s Social Security number)
then press # - You will be prompted to enter a new PIN, then press #
- Confirm your new PIN
- Select your desired menu option
