1. Come in, call, or start online, and mention who sent you. If there’s a name written on your card, ask for that person.
2. We move your direct deposit and your automatic payments for you. You won’t be handed a stack of forms and wished luck. A real person does it with you, in a branch or over the phone.
3. You’re set, and we say thank you to both of you.
