Dear Affinity Member,

After careful evaluation of member demand, staffing needs & available digital and self-service resources, we have decided to discontinue Saturday operations, effective January 7.

To provide additional opportunity for our members to perform person-to-person transactions, we are extending Friday hours, with lobby service remaining open to 5:30 p.m., drive-up and phone service to 6:00 p.m.

As always, we remain committed to working in the best interest of the credit union & our entire membership. Thank you for your continued support and understanding.

You have several options for checking your account balance.

You can make cash withdrawals at an Affinity ATM located at each branch or at thousands of surcharge-free ATMs nationwide through Affinity’s partnership with the Shazam Privilege Status Network.

Affinity offers Mobile Check Deposit which makes it easy to deposit your checks anytime day or night, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, right from your mobile device.

A night drop deposit box is also available at each branch. Deposits and payments dropped off will be posted on the following business day*.

*Deposits dropped off after hours Friday will not be processed until the following open business day.

  • Check your “available” account balance to make sure you have sufficient funds.
  • If you’re making an online purchase, verify that the expiration date matches the one on your debit card.
  • Check your email, text or any received phone calls for verification of recent transactions.
  • Verify your transactions via online banking/mobile app. If you recognize any unauthorized transactions, it’s possible your account may have been locked to prevent future fraudulent transactions. To report suspicious transactions, call 866-279-1399.
