AffinityLine is our automated voice response system available 24 hours a day. You can use AffinityLine to check balances & recent activity, transfer funds, receive cleared check information, & much more.

All you need to provide is your account number and four-digit password.

To access your accounts via Affinity voice banking for the first time:

1. Call 833-242-3364
2. Enter your member number, then press #
3. Enter your temporary PIN (the last four digits of the primary account holder’s Social Security number) then press #
4. You will be prompted to enter a new PIN, then press #
5. Confirm your new PIN
6. Select your desired menu option
